Supportive Home care is non-medical care provided in the home. Home care aides are not licensed healthcare professionals. They assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, cooking and cleaning. Home care may also include companionship, appointment transportation, housekeeping and medication reminders.

About Us
Founder/CEO
R. Family Care Services was founded in 2022 by Tracy Dumas. She is also the Founder of Living Out Unique Dreams (LOUD), Founder & Executive Director of Rising Queens Inc, and Owner/Operator of R. Taxes L.L.C.
Once faced with her struggles and overcoming her obstacles, Tracy has always had a passion for helping the most vulnerable people overcome barriers preventing them from living a sustainable life. Tracy has always been able to personally connect with others positively and leave a positive impact on the ones she's come into contact with!
Married with three children, she is a native of Beloit, Wi. While living in Central Florida for almost 17 years, she earned her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Human Services & Organization & Management.
She brings over 20 years of combined expertise in Business, Social & Community Services, Special Education, and working with Juvenile Delinquency & At-Risk Youth.
Tracy's goal is to make a positive difference and change in her community while positively impacting those who are often left out or overlooked due to their circumstances.
Being at risk once herself and having mentors in her life have made an everlasting positive impact on who she is today and what she does tomorrow!
She firmly believes in change because she is a testimony to change and that your past mistakes do not and will not define who you are. Sometimes it just takes someone else to believe in you when you can't believe in yourself.
