About the Founder – Tracy Dumas
R. Family Care Services was founded in 2022 by Tracy Dumas, a passionate community leader, entrepreneur, and change-maker with more than 20 years of combined experience in business leadership, social and community services, special education, and working with juvenile delinquency and at-risk youth.
Tracy is also the Founder of Living Out Unique Dreams (L.O.U.D.), Founder & Executive Director of Rising Queens Inc., and Owner/Operator of R. Taxes LLC.
She specializes in entrepreneurship and financial empowerment, leading the transformative Mind Your Business Entrepreneur Workshop and Financial Literacy Training Program, which helps individuals shift their mindset, repair credit, and build sustainable businesses.
A Beloit, Wisconsin native, Tracy spent nearly 17 years in Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Human Services and Organizational Management. She is married and a proud mother of three.
Tracy’s passion for serving vulnerable populations is deeply rooted in her own lived experience. Once considered at-risk herself, she understands firsthand the impact of having someone believe in you—even when you struggle to believe in yourself. Her life is a testimony to resilience, transformation, and purpose.
Throughout her career, Tracy has remained committed to supporting individuals and families who are often overlooked due to circumstance, trauma, or systemic barriers. Her unwavering goal is to create real, sustainable change by providing hope, access to resources, and a clear path forward—especially for those who need it most.
